DEPOSIT:  $100 deposit is required in order to book and confirm your appointment. Your deposit is the consultation fee and it will go towards the total cost of the procedure you have booked for. Please read the information about the procedure that you booked for on our website before booking as deposits are NON-FUNDABLE. If you decide to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be lost.

RESCHEDULING: If you wish to reschedule, minimum 48 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment to avoid cancelation fee of $100. You may reschedule your appointment one time before the deposit will be forfeited.

NO SHOWS: If you do not show up to your appointment and no notice is given, you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost on your credit card. All services are subject to increase in price at any time. You will pay accordingly to the amount the procedure when is booked. 

 

ARRIVING LATE: I understand that things can happen but unfortunately, if you show up more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. If you would like to reschedule, a new deposit is required. Please plan your schedule accordingly to make it to the appointment on time. If you are going to be late please email me or text me to let me know.

• All results will vary per person depending on: skin, blood type, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure, any medications taken and aftercare

• Pre and post-care instructions are sent out in an email confirmation when booking. It is the client's responsibility to follow all instructions. Make sure you enter your correct email address 

• NO kids or pets allowed due to cross contamination and interruption. Please limit to 1 guest

• Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice

• We are not liable for any changes to the brows/lips once the final decision has been approved during consultation. To ensure satisfaction, please carefully review drawn shape and colour prior to starting tattoo process

• I reserve the right to refuse my service or decline a client for any given reason

GENERAL RESTRICTIONS APPLY IF UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

• Under Age 18

• Pregnant or Nursing

• History of Keloid Scars

• Hemophilia

• Epilepsy

• AIDS (HIV)

• Hepatitis/Jaundice

• Accutane in the past year (you must be off of Accutane for one year)

• Viral infections and/or diseases

• Have glaucoma 

• Taking blood thinning medications

• Bleeding disorder, healing disorders

• Iron Deficiency Anemia 

• Skin cancer or any kind of skin disorders near the treatment area (i.e. shingles, psoriasis, rashes, eczema or anything else near the treatment area)

• Have allergies to alcohol, numbing agents, or makeup pigments

• Have heart problems, uncontrolled high blood pressure

• Any treatment, medication, or illness that compromises the immune system / healing would make you NOT a good candidate for micropigmentation procedures

RESTRICTIONS FOR BROWS PROCEDURE

• Botox within 4 weeks of your appointment

• Chemical peel within 2 weeks of your appointment

RESTRICTIONS FOR LIP BLUSH PROCEDURE

​

• If you have a history of cold sores, lip blush can trigger cold sores if you are a carrier of this virus in your body. Therefore as a precaution, it is recommended that you take anti viral mediation3 days before the procedure and 5 days after. Cold sores cause pain and causes the colour lost or patchy.

• Cold sores is herpes simplex virus and many are not aware that they are a carrier of the virus as the signs are not always visible until it is triggered. You can get any of this medication on prescription from your family doctor: ZOVIRAX/Acyclovir/Valtrex /Docosanol. Or you can get ABREVA over the counter at a pharmacy, it's less strong than the one on the prescription from your doctor.  

• Core Sores outbreak on the day of the appointment, your procedure cannot be performed

• Have previous tattooed lips that is too dark or large. Please send us an email with a clear unedited photo with no makeup of your lips for evaluation prior to booking
